Biography
Charmi Kaur is born on May 17, 1987 in Vassi, Mumbai to a very orthodox family. It was the support of her parents that she entered the entertainment world at the young age of 13. Charmyb Kaur is her real name and she is a famous Tollywood actress and has acted about 25 telugu movies till now. She is a good looking young girl with alluring physic and her bright smile that always light up her face.
Movie Career
Charmi made her debut role in Nee Thodu Kavali in 2002, but this film went flop at box office but still that film was a platform which led other South Indian filmmakers recognize the budding talent in her. Her next few films were Kadal Azhavatillai and Silambarasan, even these films goes flop but her role was appreciated by many.
Her luck shines as she re-entered Telugu films when she acted in Sri Anjaneyam opposite Nitin directed by popular Telugu film director Krishna Vamsi, this film was a blockbusters of 2004. Another film which proved to be a success for Charmi is Mass opposite Yuvasamrat Nagarjuna, this film came as a major breakthrough that positioned her in Tollywood.
Charmi is a prominent south Indian actress, who has acted with almost all popular heroes of Telugu film industry including Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, Prabhas, Siddarth, Rajiteja, Nitin, Jr.NTR, Simbu, Sumanth, Bala Krishna, etc.
She never looked back and moved on bagging exciting roles in various Tamil and Telugu films. Some of her popular films are Chukkallo Chandrudu, Lakshmi, Chinnodu, Rakhi, Sundarakanda, and some of her upcoming movies are Michael Madana Kamaraju (2008), Bhale Dongalu(2008), Laadam(2008).
